Duck, Duck, EGG!
A family trip to a local farm for pick your own blueberries (summer doesn't get much better!) led to some wonderful discoveries and additions to our plates. Not only did we come home with some awesome grass-fed beef and pasture-raised pork to enjoy this week, but we discovered DUCK EGGS! I don't know why I hadn't tried them before; even my local grocery store has started offering other egg varieties, but something about the fresh-from-the-farm allure got me excited.
