Ready to embrace a whole foods-based ketogenic lifestyle but feel overwhelmed by all the time in the kitchen? I offer in-home meal prep as well as cooking demos and classes customized to fit your needs.
PHASE 1: GETTING STARTED
An initial phone (or skype) introduction to assess individual needs and goals along with an overview of the ketogenic approach and what to expect as your body makes the transition. (45-60 min)
A customized meal plan, based on dietary preferences and restrictions, to guide you into ketosis.
Two weekly phone check-ins to guide you along in the process and make changes as necessary. (10-15 min)
PHASE 2: TAKING IT TO THE NEXT LEVEL
Keto-Adapted Meal Plan to include personalized protein and carb ratios to fit your lifestyle while still remaining ketogenic (for individuals already following a ketogenic diet)
Recipe modifications and recommendations
Strategies for dining out and social situations
Additional four weekly or bi-weekly phone check-ins for continued support (10-15 min)
