Ready to embrace a whole foods-based ketogenic lifestyle but feel overwhelmed by all the time in the kitchen?  I offer in-home meal prep as well as cooking demos and classes customized to fit your needs.

PHASE 1:  GETTING STARTED

  • An initial phone (or skype) introduction to assess individual needs and goals along with an overview of the ketogenic approach and what to expect as your body makes the transition.  (45-60 min)

  • A customized meal plan, based on dietary preferences and restrictions, to guide you into ketosis.

  • Two weekly phone check-ins to guide you along in the process and make changes as necessary.  (10-15 min)

PHASE 2: TAKING IT TO THE NEXT LEVEL

$199

  • Keto-Adapted Meal Plan to include personalized protein and carb ratios to fit your lifestyle while still remaining ketogenic (for individuals already following a ketogenic diet)

  • Recipe modifications and recommendations

  • Strategies for dining out and social situations

  • Additional four weekly or bi-weekly phone check-ins for continued support (10-15 min)

CONTINUED SUPPORT
